Michelle Mak, NEC WESTERN REGIONS
Michelle is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, and is originally from San Francisco, California. She is currently pursuing a Chinese minor and plans to incorporate her ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin as a nurse. One of her goals for the coming year is having a complete state of candidates at the 2017 convention. She wants to encourage new members, like herself, to be excited about SNAP!
Logan Jarratt, NEC CENTRAL REGIONS AND NEC CHAIR
Logan is a junior in the College of Nursing at Penn State University, University Park and is serving as the Penn State SNAP Chapter president 2016-2017. Prior to being elected chapter president, she served as a THON chair, which is a major fundraising event (a 46-hour dance marathon) that provides financial support for children and families affected by pediatric cancer. She is passionate about empowering other students to maximize their leadership potential by running for the state board, and using their unique strengths and experiences to positively benefit the future of the SNAP organization.
Yelena Willingham, NEC EASTERN REGIONS
Yelena, who likes to be called “Lena”, is a senior nursing student at Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She plans on graduating this coming spring, and wishes all other graduating members the best! She, too, wants to help SNAP members realize their potential for leadership by running for the SNAP Board. She plans to collaborate with the regional coordinators and spread the word about SNAP involvement and recognize the endless opportunities afforded to each through being involved in SNAP.
